Located at 1170 Old Henderson Rd #104, Columbus, OH 43220, Artistry Smile Center operates as a dentist serving Columbus in Ohio. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Columbus, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across Ohio, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.
The business lists hours on 4 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 7 amβ3 pm. It is closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (614) 451-7393. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is artistrysmilecenter.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 185 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded dentists in Columbus.

These people are miracle workers I cannot stress that enough everyone from the front desk, dental assistant and dentist. I called in about having terrible pain from a cracked wisdom tooth and I was given a same day apt and same day extraction. They were out of network with my insurance but paying out of pocket was still very affordable. They treated me like I was their daughter and Iβm forever grateful. Dentistry isnβt just a business to them , they actually care

I was referred here by the VA for Community Care for a filling replacement. They were very friendly and helpful at first and got the initial consultation scheduled. That is until I refused to sign up for their profile/app (i.e. give them permission to sell my personal data) since this was always going to be a one-and-done. Then things went downhill fast. First I was told that the VA had not sent over the correct referral so they couldn't bill the VA but the would be happy to keep the appointment on a self-pay basis. The next day I went into the VA to see about resolving the snafu but ended up finding an open slot within another VA dentist. When I called them to cancel, I was informed that there had been a 'scheduling mixup' and they could see me at the end of the day. Which ultimately was moot as I was only calling to cancel anyways. In the end, once I balked at signing over my personal information to them, it became crystal clear that they didn't want anything to do with me and seemingly did everything they could to just make me go away. Beware any business that requires digital profiles/accounts/apps. For you are, at least in part, not their customer, you are their product. Reco

Kindest and most professional dentist I have ever been to in my life! The office staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Pam, the hygienist, was very caring and thoughtful and I felt very comfortable throughout my entire visit. Would highly recommend!!!

Christina is the most caring and gentle person Iβve ever experienced in a dental practice. She gives so much care that I feel the rest of my care team might mistake as taking up so much of their timing. She thinks of patients first and empathizes to the degree that it seems to possibly confuse the old school staff. Sheβs a dental hygienist I presume and not a doctor of dentistry but at the same time I feel she is more my dentist. I have to admit that at times she is human and may point out that the weather outside is beautiful or that the screen show that only she and the dentist can see is a dream. Even though it brings me, the patientβs, focus back to the room all of us patientβs despise but back to the dream or the vision sheβs trying to bring us back to in our minds to focus on other than the extreme pain we are experiencing form the dental procedure. Itβs the roughest place to be in that chair. Iβd sometime like to turn the chair on the doctor tearing into my gums but she is a sage at bringing me to a place I can withstand for a moment to withstand torture that would make a blind person say they see just to get up from that chair.

I had a genuinely awful experience during my first (and only) visit to this dental office. While the front desk staff and one of the nurses were friendly and professional, thatβs where the positives end. The cleaning was shockingly poor and borderline negligent. The hygienist was extremely rough β she picked at my teeth with a metal instrument so aggressively that she chipped one of them, leaving fragments in my mouth. No one even rinsed my mouth out afterward. She barely used the polisher {Tapped my teeth} , skipped over multiple areas, and rushed through the entire procedure. Given that this was my first cleaning in over a decade, I expected a much higher level of care and attention to detail β but it was clear there was none. To make matters worse, there was an obvious attempt to upsell me on products I didnβt ask for or need. At no point was I given a clear explanation of what was covered by my insurance or what would be billed separately. I specifically asked whether I owed anything and was told the visit was fully covered. I even called afterward to confirm, and again, I was reassured my balance was clear. Then, five months later, I received a call claiming I had an outsta
